Gym

2010 saw the opening of a new gym at Core Strength Health and Fitness Centre. With greater space we have brought in more equipment to aid you in reaching your fitness goals. We also host lots of other services, helping you access everything under one roof. If you have used any gym in the country it is likely that you will have used Life Fitness equipment, we are no different at Core Strength, with the familiar, high spec equipment familiar we hope you will have a more enjoyable experience in our gym.
