Circuits

Circuit training is one of the most effective ways of all round training. It comprises of short bursts of exercise then moving onto another exercise for another short burst. This format continues till all the exercises are done. Each circuit class is varied to keep it interesting and work different muscle groups. One week we may concentrate more on legs and the next more on arms. In the summer we utilise the light evening and go outside. We have also been known to spice the class up with a deck of cards!
