15 Tips on how to approach the summer lose fat and get lean FAST! 

Not seeing the results you want with your current diet and weight-loss regime? Try these tips to lose fat and uncover the abs you always knew you had.

  1. Interval Training and High-Intensity Training (HIIT), 20 sec hard work, rest for 10sec, repeat for 4min. Thats it! but be honest with yourself you have to work HARD!
  2. Sprint More, Take the opportunity to run places little and often short and sharp!
  3. Hit the Weights (If You’re Not Already), Compound exercises I mentioned last week.
  4. Reduce Stress, Be aware stress levels can have a major effect on your waistline.
  5. Experiment With CrossFit, Try something different, work through functional exercise. Better still come to my circuits class on Thursday evening at Halton
  6. Stop Trying to Spot Reduce, Again the bigger the exercise the better
  7. Take Photos and Track Progress, If you don’t know where you’re at you wont know what you achieve.
  8. Train with a Partner or in a Group, Introduce accountability to keep you on track.
  9. Download an App – Track Your Meals, Myfitnesspal is worth checking out.
  10. Create a Meal Calendar to Plan Meals Ahead of Time
  11. Eat More Home-Cooked Meals and Eat Out Less.
  12. Ditch the Soda and Alcohol! Drink More Water.
  13. Eat More Fish.
  14. Never Skip Breakfast.
  15. Walk More and Drive Less, Make the most of the weather and long evenings
