- Stop Trying to Spot Reduce, Again the bigger the exercise the better
- Take Photos and Track Progress, If you don’t know where you’re at you wont know what you achieve.
- Train with a Partner or in a Group, Introduce accountability to keep you on track.

- Create a Meal Calendar to Plan Meals Ahead of Time
- Eat More Home-Cooked Meals and Eat Out Less.
- Ditch the Soda and Alcohol! Drink More Water.
- Eat More Fish.
- Never Skip Breakfast.
- Walk More and Drive Less, Make the most of the weather and long evenings
